VAMPIRINA TOY COLLECTION | REVIEW

I know with the run up to Christmas in full swing, there's a huge focus on toys and what to grab for your little ones. I'm sure I'm not alone in having already begun to pick up pieces for my boys, and if you're on the look out for some fantastic toys this Christmas, then definitely look no further than the Vampirina collection. We were lucky enough to be selected to review some of their new and existing line and I can tell already that they're going to be a huge hit, as my two have loved getting stuck into all of the pieces. We enjoy nothing more than snuggling down watching episodes of our favourite vampire so when the toys arrived, the boys were over the moon to see what was in store.

First up was the giant Vampirina B&B Scare Playset, its brand new for autumn and retails at £49.99, it looks the business because it is. Three giant floors of scary fun, with secret revealing parts such as the telescope to the bookcase that magically transforms into a bed - there's so much to do and discover with this b&b. The food magically rises in the kitchen and when Vampirina is dancing the record player will move and shake, lets not forget that if you place her on six special spots inside the house, she'll glow up! Completely magical. It's durable and strong, and exactly like the B&B in the show, so if your little ones a Vampirina fan, then they'll love this.

Along with the B&B we were sent Vampirinas Fangtastic Friends set - a super generous collection of figures, ten in total which are all familiar characters from the show. Each figure has poseable arms so there's no limit to the fun they can have, my boys have loved combining these with the B&B set for the most fun.

Also new this autumn is the fantastic Vampirina Backpack Set, it's £24.99 and means kids can dress up just like their favourite Vampire. With the click of a tiny clasp the backpack can be opened and all the little treasures included in the set can be stored. It comes with web-tastic sunglasses, a lights and sounds necklace, hair clips and two sticker sheets. The boys have loved popping in their favourite figures from the Fangtastic Friends set and taking them on our travels with us.

Vampirina Hauntley's Mobile Vehicle is a set from the existing line, but it's just as great as the new pieces and really makes a fab standalone set. The car transforms into a drive-in cinema as the back folds out and has a little table for her to sit and watch films at. It too comes with lights and sounds at the click of a button and costs £29.99 currently.

Two of the smaller sets are the Vampirina Spookey Scooter Sets which are new along with the Best Ghoul Friends Set, the first retails at £11.99 with the second a little bit cheaper at £7.99. Both are fantastic and make perfect hand bag sized toys that make great distractions for on the go. The Ghoul Friends set features Vampirina and Poppy along with their monster pals, you can place them on ghoul glow lights, which are sold separately to hear sounds and watch their figure glow from the inside out.

Lastly are the classic Vampirina Collectable Boo Figure, brand new this autumn and certain to be a hit with the surprise bag hype surrounding kids at the moment. Just £2.99 and twelve figures to collect, you can create your very own vampirina world or swap them amongst your friends to build the collection you desire.

Don't forget to join in the Vampirina Twitter Party on October 24th over at @UkMumsTV twitter, with the hashtag #VampirinaToys. I'll be there between 1-3pm and showcasing all the exciting games we've got up to with our selection of toys. The toys themselves can be purchased at Amazon, or Smyths as well as other good toy stores.

*We were given these toys in exchange for our honest review, all opinions as always are completely my own.
