Office Lust List

So as my previous lust list have proved quite popular, it seems only right to continue with the series. We don't have an 'office' anymore as it has been swapped for Patricks bedroom. Although as soon as our boys are old enough, I'm most definitely going to let them share, even for a year or so as I think it's part and parcel of growing up, some of my fondest bedtime memories are those when I shared a room with my sister. That all being said, we'll have an office again, and obviously what do I think about first? DECOR! As so much of our house is very monochrome, I really want to have some pops of colour in the office. So here are a few of my office furniture picks and why.

Desk chair - Such an important part of an office, because if we're honest most of our time will be spent plonked in this - so comfort is a must. I absolutely love this office chair  it's almost a very dusky pink / mink colour which I adore. The chrome edging makes it super stylish and perfect for what we'd be looking for. (Yes we, in case you didn't know John is a tech nerd)

Prints - Inspirational prints are perfect in an office, they encourage you to solider on and they look beautiful, what more could you ask for?

Storage - Storage is obviously a must, and running a household of 4, will lots of important documents I decided it really needed to be robust as well as lockable. You can never be too careful these days, though I still wanted sleek and sophistication in it, when I saw these little office cupboards I squealed, it's exactly what I am after.

Telephone - Obviously working in the blogger world, I have to take phonecalls from time to time to liaise with brands and PRs, John does have a top of the range, swish phone system installed through his work, but I want something a little more stylish for me, I can just envision this sitting pretty on a beautiful glass desk.

Planner - An absolute must, to keep on top of things now I just have to write everything down or I would forget. This cute etsy planner is right up my street as it could sit beautifully on all office desks, while making sure you're on the ball at the same time.

  3. I really like the planner - it's very cute! I am addicted to office furniture and stationery. But I don't need anymore stuff so I have to restrain myself. Bet you'll have a field day when you get that bedroom back for your office! #MarvMondays
